AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE

Standard postage is tracked.

Express postage is available at the customer’s expense.

We are unable to guarantee Australia Post shipping timeframes once the products have left our premises.

We are currently unable to ship internationally.

RETURNS/ CANCELLATIONS

If an order arrives damaged please get in contact with us, including a photo of the unopened box where possible.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for any orders placed. Please get in touch if you have an issue with your order.

Due to the handmade nature of my items, there will be small differences between products and occasionally slight imperfections. I try my absolute best to ensure that your products are made with care and are of high quality. Should you be unhappy with your handmade product, please contact me via email.

Clay based products don’t enjoy getting wet, so please avoid wearing in the shower etc.

Some of the products contain small parts that could be a choking hazard. Keep away from small children and pets.

These are delicate handmade items - please care for the products and store them accordingly.

I try my best to provide accurate images of each items colour. Due to different device screen settings colours may appear slightly different when you receive your item. Please take this into consideration before purchasing an item.
